个人简历

一、主要学习和工作经历
    1986年7月毕业于安徽师范大学生物系，获学士学位；1993年7月毕业于安徽师范大学植物学专业，获硕士学位；1997年7月毕业于南京林业大学植物学专业，获博士学位；2002年3月至2004年8月在东北师范大学生命科学学院做博士后研究；2004年9月至2005年9月在日本宫崎大学农学部草地生态学研究室做访问学者。1986年7月至现在，任安徽师范大学生命科学学院助教、讲师、副教授、教授，主要从事系统植物学、结构植物学、植物生理生态学的教学与研究工作。
    从事植物生理生化教学和作物（甜菜、蓖麻）生理与分子生物学应用基础和应用技术研究工作。1990年以来，主持和参加国家自然科学基金、科技部“863”、农业部糖料（甜菜）原种基地及甜菜产业化建设、自治区攻关等项目20项，发表学术论文54篇，出版《优质高产甜菜品种及生产技术》等专著3部，选育甜菜新品种3个。研究成果开创了甜菜生理育种新途径；填补了蓖麻生理研究空白；并通过“教学、科研、生产”三结合，进行科技成果开发与推广，取得重要科技成果和重大社会和经济效益。为此，获国家科技进步三等奖1项，农业部科技进步二、三等奖各1项，内蒙古自治区科技进步二、三等奖4项，全国农牧渔业丰收计划一、二等奖3项，内蒙古自治区教学成果二等奖1项；1998年被评为内蒙古自治区有突出贡献的中青年专家。

二、获奖情况
    《草坪草增产高效抗逆合剂的研究》和《悬铃木减灭球果和集中落叶的研究》分别获1992年和1996年建设部科技进步三等奖；《安徽被子植物新发现》获1995年安徽省高等院校科技进步二等奖；《中国含笑属一新种》获2003年安徽自然科学优秀论文三等奖；此外，还获得安徽师范大学教学成果一等奖、教学优秀一等奖、“三育人”先进个人称号及中国植物学会先进青年科技工作者。

三、著作和论文
    《中国长白山植物》主编、《生物多样性保护与利用》副主编、《琅琊山植物志》编委；在《植物分类学报》、《植物研究》、《云南植物研究》、《广西植物》、《武汉植物学研究》、《植物资源与环境学报》、《草业学报》、《草地学报》、《应用生态学报》等刊物上发表论文50余篇。
