个人简历

一、主要学习和工作经历
国家“百千万人才工程”和宁夏回族自治区“313人才工程”人选,享受国务院津贴专家,兼宁夏农业生物技术重点实验室主任,中国农业生物技术学会理事,宁夏回族自治区科学技术协会副主席。1982年毕业于宁夏农学院农学系,留校任植物生理教师,1989年由国家教委选派赴法国蒙彼利埃高等农业大学留学,进行小麦及山羊草属种植物抗旱耐盐性研究工作,1994年获生物学博士学位,1995年获欧共体资助赴西班牙从事博士后阶段研究工作,进行紫花苜蓿抗旱研究。1996年回国工作,主持国家重点基础研究子专题“作物抗旱抗盐的生理学调控机制”、“863”领域项目“牛心朴子抗性机理及基因克隆的研究”、“麻黄抗旱生理及其有效成分变化研究”、国际原子能机构合作项目“中国西北小麦农艺水分利用效率的遗传改良”等科研项目,宁夏自治区粮食作物育种与品种资源研究项目首席专家。在作物逆境生理、节水农业、生物技术育种研究及其人才培养等方面取得了重要成果。获宁夏自治区科技进步一等奖一项、二等奖一项;先后在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文40余篇,其中,SCI收录5篇,专著一部。培养研究生10名。

Main Achievements:
1. From 1989 to 1991, He was in charge of and accomplished a research project of Montpellier National Agricultural college, France, “physiological basis of salt tolerance in wheat”, in which, he successfully formed the technique of evaluation for salt tolerance in wheat and attained some important results.
2. From 1991 to 1994, he was in charge of and conducted a research project of Montpellier (France) National Agricultural college –International center Agricultural Research of Drought Area (ICARDA) ,“Genetic variability of physiological characteristic under salt stress in Triticum and Aegilops species ”, and for the first time , identified that the physiological response to salt stress mainly depends upon the genome , the geographical origin, and the domestication process. Results Presented in this work have permitted to appreciate the possibility to use the analyzed criteria as indicators of salt tolerance in Triticum and Aegilops. This approach also permitted to identify and characterize potential progenitors of salt tolerance. It discovered also that selectivity K+/Na+ could obviously expressed in synthetic wheat, some genetic resources screened from this work have supplied to some Agricultural research centers for breeding program.
3. From 1994 to 1995, He accomplished an “ECC”scientific research project in university of Les Illes Balears, Spain genetic variability of drought tolerance in subterranean clover. For the first time, identified root shoot ratio, ABA contents, root stem stretch speed as an effective criteria of subterranean clover to drought resistance.
4. From 1996 to present, he was in charge of and accomplished NingXia key laboratory of Agricultural Biotechnology, which had established a long-term cooperation relationship with institute home and abroad, and recruit cultured 10 master students from Ningxia University. On the other hand, he presided in many nation and province projects including “physiological adjust mechanism of plants to salt-and-drought in tolerance”, “research on physiological stress-resistance and gene clone of Cynanchum komarovii Al.” Study on drought tolerance and its active medical components of Ephedra. Research on bio-technology breeding of wheat, and so on. In addition, he also attended the research on anti-insects gene transfer Chinese wolfberry, anti-long-hom beetles gene transfer poplar and so on. At present, these researches processed well and acquired some important achievement.
