黄百渠，男，博士，东北师范大学遗传与细胞研究所所长，教授，博士生导师，中国细胞生物学学会常务理事，中国遗传学学会常务理事。

主要学历和工作经历：
1986年获英国爱丁堡大学博士学位；
1992年起享受国家特殊津贴；
1996年获国家人事部和国家教委授予的“全国优秀留学回国人员”称号；
1997年和2002年获“华为”优秀教师奖；
1998年被评为全国教育系统劳动模范并获全国模范教师称号；
1998年和2002年分别被评为吉林省省管优秀专家；
1998年被评为吉林省有突出贡献的中青年科技专家；
1999年被聘为首批“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授；
2000年被评为吉林省“师德标兵”；
2002年被评为长春市劳动模范。

研究方向：
从事细胞生物学和分子生物学的教学与科研工作，先后主持国家“863”计划、国家“攀登计划”、国家重点基础研究发展规划项目（973）、国家自然科学基金、国家教育部及吉林省近二十项科研任务。他开展了真核基因表达调控、植物基因工程和细胞工程、基因工程生产药物和活性蛋白质，抗癌新药的研制，以及中药现代化等研究工作，获得了一系列科研成果。已在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文70余篇，出版专著一部。获国家自然科学奖三等奖一项、国家教育部科技进步一、二等奖各一项、中国高校科学技术二等奖一项、吉林省教委科技进步奖两项，吉林省优秀教学成果一等奖一项。他是第八、第九、第十届全国人大代表；

社会任职：
中国细胞生物学会常务理事、中国遗传学会常务理事、吉林省遗传学会理事长、国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员、国家自然科学基金委员会学科评议组成员、教育部生物学教学指导委员会委员等学术职务。
