主要学历和工作经历：
1981年毕业于甘肃农业大学农学系，获学士学位；
2002年6月获甘肃农业大学农学博士学位；
1984年9月至1985年7月在西南农业大学进修法语；
1992年9月至12月赴德国栽培植物育种中心进行葡萄花药培养合作研究；
1993年3月晋升为副教授；
1996年11月晋升为教授；同年享受国务院政府特殊津贴和被推选为甘肃省高校跨世纪学科带头人。
现任甘肃农业大学生命科学技术学院院长，甘肃省植物生理学会副理事长，全国植物生理学会理事。2001年获“全国模范教师”称号。

研究方向：
工作以来长期从事植物生理学、植物细胞工程学的教学和科研工作。

获奖情况：
共获教学科研成果9项，其中主持完成3项，主要有：1991年国家教委科技进步二等奖；1992年中国农业科学院科技进步二等奖；1994和1996年甘肃省农业科技进步二等奖；1996年甘肃省教委科技进步三等奖；2001年甘肃省政府教学成果二等奖等。共发表研究论文30余篇，主要刊物有：Vitis、科学通报、植物学报、植物生理学报、园艺学报、遗传、遗传学报、中国糖料、西北植物学报等。参编全国高等农业院校教材《植物生理学》（副主编，1996）和全国高等农业院校“十五”统编教材《植物生理学》（副主编，2004）各一部。

1992.09-1992.12: Cooperated research culture of grape anther in the center of cultivated plant breeding in German
1984.09-1985.07: Studying French in Xinan Agricultural University

Specialization and working experience:
Duties on the teaching and research works relate to plant physiology and plant cell engineering. Promoted associate professor in March, 1993 and professor in October, 1996. At the same time, enjoyed special allowance of national government and elected as the leader of subject in college of Gansu province. And now act as the dean of life science and technology college of Gansu Agricultural University ,the associate director of Plant Physiology Association of Gansu province and the commissary of China Plant Physiology Association. And had obtained the honor of National Model Teacher in 2001.

Accomplishments:
Abtained 9 productions in teaching and researching ,in which presided and completed 3 projects, including the second position of science and technology progression of National Education Committee in 1991, the second position of science and technology progression of China Agricultural Academy in 1992, the second position of agricultural science and technology progression of Gansu province in 1994 and 1996, the third position of science and technology progression of Gansu Education Committee in 1996, the second position of teaching production of Gansu Province Government in 2001, etc.

Publication:
Publicated more than 30 theories, mainly on the journals of: Vitis, Chinese Science Bulletin, Acta Botanica Sinica, Acta Phytophysiol Sinica, Acta Horticulturae Sinica, Hereditas, Acta Genetica Sinica, Sugar Crops of China, Acta Botanica Boreali-occidentalia Sinica, etc. Acted as the vice editor of plant physiology which is the textbook of national agricultural colleges in 1996 and plant physiology which is “the tenth five years project ”textbook of national agricultural colleges in 2004.
